Mangalampalli Venkatesh (মঙ্গলমপল্লি ভেঙ্কটেশ), commonly known as Fish Venkat, was an Indian actor who worked in the Telugu film industry, playing mainly comedic and negative roles.

Venkat was born in Machilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. He strongly used a Telangana dialect that is reminiscent of fishermen, thus earning him the name "Fish" Venkat. In 2025, Venkat was hospitalised for kidney and liver failure. He required financial assistance for a transplant, but died on 18 July 2025, at the age of 53.
